This apartment has a rustic antique feel. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with good sized living room, dining room and bedroom, all carpeted. Average size bathroom with tub/shower combination. Kitchen is small and slightly dated but quaint. Unless you are a gourmet chef, it will work. The south sun room is NOT heated or cooled. This is not considered living space. Do not leave the door open to this location to heat it. It is not intended to be heated. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage. Tenant pays electricity average as of 1/14/2025 is around $30. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
