CREDIT & BACKGROUND CHECK Credit & Background Check Fee: $29.99 paid by applicant/tenant. PET DEPOSIT AND PET RENT Non-Refundable Pet Deposit $250.00 per pet, and $75.00 extra for rent per month per pet. (2 Pets Maximum/ 25 pounds or less.) LEASE TERM 1 year lease offered upon approval of application. Income must be 3 times the rent. 12-MONTHS LEASE 1 year lease offered, with Rental History and Good Credit, upon approval of application: Rent: $1,200 6-MONTHS LEASE A shorter term offered if No Rental history, Poor or No Credit: Rent: $1,300 PAID WHEN SIGNING LEASE: First month rent $1,200.00 Last Month rent $1,200.00 Security Deposit $1,200.90 Key Deposit $50 EXTRA MONTH RENT Extra Month Rent will be required if fair, poor, no credit, lack of monthly income requirement is not met or lack/no rental history.
