This one-bedroom apartment is intended for a maximum of two occupants. It is suitable for either one to two adults, or a parent(s) with one child under the age of 7. To ensure the comfort and safety of all residents, we kindly ask that these occupancy limits be respected. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment, and subletting is strictly prohibited. The property owner reserves the right to inspect the apartment with reasonable notice to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with rental terms. Additionally, if law enforcement or other authorities are called to the apartment on two or more occasions due to disturbances or complaints involving the tenants, this may be considered a violation of the lease agreement and could result in eviction. Rent payments are subject to a late fee of $10 per day if not received by the due date. We accept payments via cash, money order, or Zelle. Please ensure that all payments are made on time to avoid additional charges.
