Available August 5, 2026 * Initial lease term: 12 months * Rent: $2,400/month * Security Deposit: $1,800 * Tenant is responsible for all utilities except the solar panel lease, which is paid by the landlord. * Tenant is responsible for lawn care and routine landscaping. * Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and throughout the lease term. Pets * Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. * $100 non-refundable pet fee per approved pet. * Breed or size restrictions may apply. * Unauthorized pets are grounds for lease violation. Smoking Policy * No smoking or vaping inside the home, garage, or any enclosed areas. * Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Tenants are responsible for proper disposal of cigarette or cigar waste. Parking * Two-car garage and driveway parking only. * No street parking, commercial vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, or inoperable vehicles without prior written approval. Applicant Qualifications * Household gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. * Credit and criminal background screening required for all applicants over 18. * Preferred credit score of 600+ (applications below 600 may be considered based on overall financial qualifications). * Positive rental history required. * No prior evictions within the last 7 years. * Applicants must provide proof of income and employment. Additional Information * Maximum occupancy in accordance with local regulations. * No subleasing or Airbnb/VRBO. * No business operations that generate customer traffic.
