Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking is permitted outside, and guests must dispose of trash properly. No pets are allowed without prior authorization. Loud music or parties are prohibited, and guests should not disturb the neighbors. Tampering with or disabling the security camera or smart home devices is not allowed. Guests must keep the number of occupants accurate and not violate occupancy limits. Please follow check-in and check-out times and procedures. Do not rearrange furniture.
