It is close to well-known snowmobile trails and the North County Scenic Trail. **Requirements: Guests to upload a government-issued ID & selfie via our secure guest portal (prevents fraud & ensures a safe experience for our owners & guests). All guests are to sign a rental agreement during the verification process. Miscellaneous: We have a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Smoking Fee: $1000 fee - Zero tolerance (indoor only, outdoor smoking permitted) The property has exterior Ring cameras and a NoiseAware device inside (both are only monitored if there is a disturbance). Pet Policy: We do allow dogs (max of 2) with some breed restrictions - Must be authorized prior to booking. Per Pet fee $300/month Clean-up of your pet is required throughout your stay.
