Located on a beautiful all-sports lake with exceptional fishing, boating, and swimming opportunities. No matter the season, the cottage offers a private space for you to get away and relax. The cottage is perfectly set up for guests and includes everything needed for long & short stays! Features: Central heat Several Portable A/C Units WiFi & Roku smart TV Deck overlooking Fife Lake Pack and Play w/ mattress & high chair The Space: Guests will arrive at a large front porch with 2 rocking chairs and a gas grill. Spacious kitchen with all of the essential cookware, glassware, and plate ware you would expect to have at home, large dining table with seating for 8, living area with Roku smart TV/WiFi, and games/puzzles for the entire family. Enjoy the walk-out balcony with beautiful lakefront views. 2 bedrooms off the living area and 1 bathroom with a shower/tub. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Full over Full bunk with twin trundle Living room: Futon Location 30 mins from downtown Traverse City Less than 1 hour from Caberfae, Crystal Mtn, & Boyne Mtn 45 mins from Torch Lake The Neighborhood: A small little town within walking distance of two amazing restaurants, a Gill-Roy's Hardware Store, a boat launch, and an ice cream parlor. Fife Lake offers many opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts during each season. It is close to well-known snowmobile trails and the North County Scenic Trail. **Requirements: Guests to upload a government-issued ID & selfie via our secure guest portal (prevents fraud & ensures a safe experience for our owners & guests). All guests are to sign a rental agreement during the verification process. Miscellaneous: We have a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Smoking Fee: $1000 fee - Zero tolerance (indoor only, outdoor smoking permitted) The property has exterior Ring cameras and a NoiseAware device inside (both are only monitored if there is a disturbance). Pet Policy: We do allow dogs (max of 2) with some breed restrictions - Must be authorized prior to booking. Per Pet fee $300/month Clean-up of your pet is required throughout your stay.
