There are a few other residences on this 65 acre paradise. Fields, forests with hiking trails, waterfalls and gorges abound.
Tt's quiet and peaceful.
The farm is about 10-15 minutes from Cornell and Ithaca, and there is plenty of off-street parking.
We have quiet hours 11pm-7am so this fully furnished apartment is a good match for 2 friends / grad students or a couple seeking their perfect home.
No pets - sorry :(
