Lease terms

Owner pays for utilities. Thermostat must be no lower then 68 degrees. For a 1 year lease. Renter must be willing to pay more during the summer months. June-August @ a rate of $3,200.00 per month. In September monthly rate will return to $2,400.00 per month. Summer months the renter is required to pay an extra $800.00 per month at the time of the collection of the security deposit but will not be included as part of the security deposit. If choosing to rent for a year the security deposit will be $2400.00 + $2400.00 (Summer Months Fee). 10 month lease 2400.00 security deposit. Must be out of Unit by May 30th If not vacated from the unit on May 30. Renter will lose portion of security deposit. If renter chooses a contract to vacate by May 30th the deposit will be returned to them upon vacancy and successful inspection of the home. No smoking cigars or cigarettes. Cannabis use is allowed indoors or outdoors. Absolutely No Cats! This is to protect the integrity of the unit. Must keep place clean. A cleaning team will come to property to clean the condo on a monthly basis. *Strict Policy* No other renters in the building or owners of units are allowed inside the condo except the owner of the condo. This is for your security and privacy. There is off street parking for two vehicles and street parking for any additional vehicles. There are security cameras on the property to ensure safety and the following of the rules and regulations of 404 Bay Blvd. Owner reserves the right to visit and inspect property for any reason/maintenance.
