We have spent… several years restoring and improving the Victorian house next door to this one in the historic neighborhood by West Side Park, the oldest neighborhood in Champaign. We recently bought the sister house next door, and have started to renovate it as well. We are currently renting out this 1-bedroom apartment, and have other apartments available as well.
We are looking for tenets who will appreciate the character of the apartment, as well as living in a well-maintained building without having to deal with the big impersonal real estate companies that manage most of the apartments around CU. We live next door and just have these two houses. There is off-street parking available, and plenty of other amenities including, air-conditioning and tons of closet space and built-in storage and shelving.
