Applications are $30 and background checks are $35 required for each adult . Security Deposits, Pet deposits (if applicable), First Month's Rent, and Last Month's Rent are collected for each rental. Pinon Real Estate Residential Rentals uses a tenant portal to collect payments. EFT and CC payments are subject to a processing fee decided upon by the portal company. Checks are accepted to eliminate processing fees but cash is not.
