You'll share the yard and laundry with the couple in the front unit, who are young professionals and probably too busy being fabulous to bother you. The back unit, however, is all yours. Enjoy two closets (for your fabulous wardrobe or that pile of laundry you promise you'll get to), a spa-like shower, and all utilities included because figuring out utility bills is no one's idea of a good time. Downtown's 10 minutes away, the airport's 30 minutes out, and several golf courses are ready to judge your swing within a 5-mile radius. Need help?
