We charge a $1,650 refundable deposit and first month's rent at lease signing. 3. We charge a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 for up to 2 pets (cats or small dogs). 4. The application process includes a credit check, criminal background check, rental history check, and income verification. You will be asked to provide proof (pay stubs or an offer letter) of a household monthly gross income of at least $4,950/month (3 times the monthly rent). Note: "household income" means that those residing in the home and which are listed on the lease meet the income requirement, without any external co-signers.
