Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1000 square foot apartment in West University Place (77005).… Good closet space, pantry with deep shelves, a large shared yard, 1/2 of driveway (plus street parking in front of the house), and 1/2 of detached garage with own washer and dryer (not shared with other unit) located in the detached garage. Centrally located. I've loved living here for the past two years with a fantastic landlord, however I've accepted a new job and am moving to Dallas. My lease runs through the beginning of October, apartment will be ready for move-in on August 4th. Landlord is looking for someone to take over existing lease and extend. Rent is $1,850 a month.
