Accessibility: This apartment is on the 3rd floor. This owner is currently not accepting section 8 and VASH. This apartment is pet friendly, cats and dogs are welcome with owner approval and an additional monthly pet fee. The additional pet rent is $50/month for each cat and $75/month for each dog. The rent is $2,025 per month with a one year lease that includes water/sewer and trash removal. The heat and hot water are provided by gas paid for by the tenant. Tenant is also responsible for electricity. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease.
