Annual lease. Tenant pays electricity, sign up is with Dominion Energy. Landlord pays water/sewer/garbage and Internet. Tenant must secure a tenant insurance policy prior to move-in and provide a copy to the Landlord. Landlord is responsible for HVAC maintenance as well as hot water tanks, and appliances. Tenant is responsible for interior housekeeping; landlord is responsible for common areas. No smoking, no pets. There is no on-street parking. Parking is available, for a fee, at one of three nearby parking garages. This is optional.
