A fully fenced backyard is perfect for the upcoming cool weather or summer BBQs. Easy access to I-45N, Galveston, Mall of the Mainland, etc. No section 8. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Resident is responsible for water, trash, gas, electric, landscaping, pest control. We are pet friendly. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Animals are approved with a non-refundable pet fee, a pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent. Aggressive breeds or any combination mix of these breeds are not allowed. Pets must be neutered or spayed and current on shots. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Completed applications are accepted on "first-come, first-served" basis upon submitting all required documentation. Security deposit varies based on the results of the application review process; however standard security deposit is as mentioned in this listing. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history (credit score greater than 580), current income (2.5x take home pay), and rental history (no eviction). If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected. Application fee is NOT refundable.
