The minimum lease is 1 year. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for electric, garbage, Wifi and any additional utilities. First and Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Renter is also responsible for maintaining the property in the front and back. Consumer Reporting Agency Information We utilize Avail to process our applications, which partners with TransUnion to provide consumer reports. If your application is denied or adverse action is taken based on information in this report, you have the right to obtain a free copy of the report and to dispute the accuracy of the information by contacting: TransUnion Consumer Relations 4.
