6-month lease term is ideal (Nov 1 - Apr 30) but open to negotiation. We are not seeking a long-term tenant at this time. No smoking in or on the property. One-month security deposit required prior to move-in. All utilities are included in rent and there is one outdoor parking spot available to the tenant. The owners have a 25-lb dog who is very social and will be in the yard often and there are many dogs in the neighborhood, so any dogs will need to be friendly with other dogs!
