Using the Front Door TO UNLOCK, press the 4-digit code provided on the day of check-in, press the green arrow button to "unlock," then lift up on the handle to enter the home. Do not lock the door leading to the garage once the garage doors are down. House Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM No smoking or vaping inside the property. Violations will result in a minimum $500 fine. Drug use on the property is prohibited. If traveling with pets, please keep them off the furniture. Please respect your neighbors by maintaining quiet hours from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. No parties or events without host approval. Please do not rearrange the furniture. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight without host approval. You are financially responsible for any damage that may occur. Missing or damaged items will be charged at retail cost through the Airbnb/VRBO portal or removed from your security deposit if applicable. We invite you to enjoy any of the many books displayed in the home. However, please return them prior to checkout. Missing books will be assessed a $100 fee. Trash and Recycling: Garbage pickup is every Thursday. Recycling pickup is every other Thursday. Important: Do not place garbage or perishable items in the recycling bin. The recycling bin is for recyclables only such as plastics, cardboard boxes, and cans. Lawn Service - SATURDAYS Lawn service is scheduled for Saturday afternoons and will mow both the front and back yards. Please keep pets inside during this time. Household Supplies We provide a complimentary starter set of toiletries and home essentials, including dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels. For stays over 30 days, guests may need to replenish supplies at their own expense. Entertainment & Smart TV Setup: This home offers a variety of TV and streaming options to suit your needs. The Family Room and Master Bedroom feature Smart TVs, with the Master Bedroom set up for easy use via a universal remote. Bedroom #2 has a mounted TV with Roku installed for your favorite streaming services, while Bedroom #3 includes a standard TV. Bedroom #4 does not have a TV. Setting Up the Smart TV: Smart TVs come preloaded with popular streaming apps. Guests can log in with their own accounts. If you have an Amazon account, you may register it to access downloadable apps, movies, and more. Please remember to deregister your account before checkout to ensure your privacy. Whether relaxing in the Family Room or enjoying a quiet evening in your bedroom, there's entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Guests with Pets We welcome your furry friends, but please follow these guidelines: All pets must be approved in advance by the host. Pet fees must be agreed to and paid in advance. Do not leave pets outside or alone in the house if they may cause damage. Please clean up after your pets inside and outside. You are financially responsible for any pet-related damage. Please pick up pet waste daily to maintain a clean yard. Damage to lawns or other areas due to unattended pet waste will incur a fee. Checking Out CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM Gather Used Towels - Place all used towels in the laundry room. Load Dishes - Load all dishes into the dishwasher and remove any food from the refrigerator, disposing of it in the outside trash bin. Turn Things Off - Turn off all lights (including outdoor lights) and set the thermostat to OFF. Lock Up - Lock both the front and back doors. Ensure the garage door is closed but DO NOT LOCK the door leading to the garage. Return the garage opener to the kitchen counter. Trash Disposal - Dispose of all trash, including recyclables, in the bins on the side of the garage. In compliance with HOA rules, clean up after pets is required throughout the neighborhood. The same clean-up is required when our furry guests are in the backyard. Any interior pet accidents must be communicated immediately in order to expedite cleaning service and avoid potential damages. Although pets are welcome, please do not allow furry guests access to the garage due to lawn chemicals, potential damage to lawn furniture, or pet discharge on garage cement floors.
