Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the house, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Local guests must identify themselves prior to booking, and failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them.
