Have a large room in a great 3 bedroom home that is perfect for the student or single professional. Living room, kitchen and bathroom (jacuzzi jet tub) is shared. There is an outdoor patio that is setup with amenities. All utilities + internet and FIOS cable included. Current living situation is myself, 47 year male professional, and a male 28 years of age living in the smaller room. We are open to either a female or male roomate (bathroom is shared between you and the other roomate ). The thing that matters most to us is the chemistry as we like to feel tight nit home. Close to Citrus & Azusa Pacific colleges and reasonable to Mt Sac and PCC as well as the 210/10/57/605 freeways!
