The bathroom has been recently remodeled and is fully tiled including a lighted shower. The apartment can be entered through the front door or a private side entrance. Two washer and dryers are on site. This place is loaded with charm and in one of the best locations in town. Tenants are working adults, students are not permitted. Security deposit, last month's rent and first month's rent are required up front. Cat or dog is $40 a month extra. It is available July 1, 2026
