Owner pays all utilities. 225 square foot unit only suitable for one or two people. This is a term rental. September 2026-June 2027, move in and out dates are negotiable. Owner will occupy premises June 2027-August 2027 with ability for tenant to move back in September 2027 -June 2028 and so on. Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. No parties. No drugs. Prefer no drinking. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Monthly check-ins and house inspection with owners family. Tenant is responsible for refilling propane tanks when empty, thawing out fridge and freezer once a month. Property quirk of this custom built home: The washer/dryer and bathtub hot water heater will start beeping. Ignore the beeping for the washer/dryer it stops after a minute. For the shower, switch to the shower head right away, can still take a bath by filling up bathtub with handheld shower unit. Storage unit on property is not accessible to tenant. PO Box is recommended as the home does not have a mail box.
