Owner pays all utilities. ~300 square foot unit. Feels much bigger and is well designed with excellent storage for minimalist living. This is a specific term rental. September 2026-June 2027, move in and out dates are negotiable. Owner will occupy premises June 2027-August 2027 with ability for tenant to move back in September 2027 -June 2028 and so on. Absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. No parties. No drugs. Prefer no drinking. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Tenant is responsible for refilling propane tanks when empty, thawing out fridge and freezer once a month. Bathroom shower quirk is that you need to quickly turn on showerhead or the hot water heater will start to beep. We fill the tub with the handheld shower arm works like a charm. Storage unit on property is not accessible to tenant. PO Box is recommended as the home does not have a mailbox.
