Lease terms

Available: August 15, 2026 Lease Term: One-year lease required. Monthly Rent: $5,500 for up to four occupants. The monthly rent includes gas, heat, electricity, water, and shared on-site laundry, helping keep your monthly living expenses simple and predictable. No broker fee. A fifth occupant may be considered, subject to the landlord's approval and successful completion of the rental application and screening process. If approved, an additional occupant fee of $200 per month will apply. Security Deposit: $8,250 (equal to one and one-half months' rent). The apartment is leased as a single dwelling unit and is not rented by individual bedrooms. All occupants must be listed on the lease and will be jointly and severally responsible for all obligations under the lease agreement. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or building. Subleasing and short-term rentals (including Airbnb or similar platforms) are not permitted. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the landlord's prior written approval. The apartment does not include a garage or private parking space. Street parking is available, and several paid parking garages are located nearby.
