Lease terms

The property is available July 1, 2026, and the preferred lease term is 12 months/plus. Short term lease options may be considered exclusively for verified traveling nurses and corporate professionals, with minimum stay requirements and terms subject to community rules and owner approval. Monthly rent is $3,950, and tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, high speed internet/Wi Fi, and trash service. In addition, tenants pay $175 monthly property care fee, which covers yard/grounds maintenance, routine pest control, and property management oversight. Small pets ONLY, large pets may be approved on a case by case basis. A non refundable pet fee ($400 per pet) and monthly pet rent ($25 per pet) may apply. This is a completely smoke free property. Smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is not permitted inside the home or within 5 feet of the property. All applicants must complete standard background screening, including credit, criminal history, rental history, and income verification. An application fee and security deposit, pet fee (if applicable) are required prior to move in. Qualification Notice Pre qualification is required prior to scheduling an in person showing.
