$1995.00 Monthly... Landlord pays for water; Tenant pays for electricity and cable. There are pet fees- a nonrefundable monthly fee $20 for cat, $25 for small dog. A medium size dog would require a fee of $35 monthly. We use the North Carolina Residential contract for all leases. Saunders HOA Property Management is the building manager. There is a move- in fee of $100.00 and one when you move -out. The move out fee is the same amount as the move in fee. There is a $50 elevator key fee to use the elevator and that amount is returned when the elevator key is returned to the managing company. Please note that the elevator key is required for the Move-in and Move-out process. Saunders Management There is a deposit of $1995 to reserve the loft apartment. In addition there is $150 non refundable cleaning fee.Those amounts are collected at the beginning of the lease.

Upper and lower patios provided for occupants. . Excercise room, sauna and steam rooms are conveniently situated on second floor of the PLL .Storage room is located elsewhere in the building. One primary parking pass guarantees parking in the garage; inquire about a secondary pass to a parking space which is possible on a first come first serve arrival basis. There are no additional fees for parking, use of Sauna, Steam room and Storage.
