Beautiful apartment for rent in historic 1890's building (designed by the famous architect Clarence Johnston). Great location in the heart of the Historic Hill District (in between Summit Avenue and Selby Avenue). The building was originally built as 2 side-by-side mansions, but around the turn of the century they were converted over to apartments for rent.
While the apartment has its own full-size refrigerator, gas stove and sink, it shares 6 common areas bathrooms with the other residents (we clean the bathrooms). There are no common area living spaces in the house, apart from the front and back porches.
There is a laundry room in the basement, and a storage locker in the basement pending availability. Street parking only. The room is on the 1st floor, faces West, has tall ceilings, large windows, newer kitchen cabinets, hardwood flooring, and a non-working original fireplace.
