Welcome to my home. I am an architect and has been living in this condo since 2018. The condo was clean and new.… Now I've decided to rent it out to any grads students or professionals working nearby.

Any facilities that should be in a 750USD monthly HOA fee compound, you will find them here, and better.
The neighbors are friendly, highly educated and well behaved. They mostly are graduate students from the universities nearby, or the international corporates in midtown. Microsoft engineers are literally 1 block away and imagine the next Bill Gates is living next to your door.
I have been an Architect for 8 years since I finished my master at U.Penn. Trust me, architects know what property is worth of living and purchasing. I enjoyed my time in Atlanta but now I have my new career in another city. I sincerely welcome you to enjoy this condo and find your way falling in love with midtown Atlanta.
