Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Guests must be 21 or older, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, and extra cleaning fees may apply for stains. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Do not rearrange furniture. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests beyond the initial registration will incur a charge of $100 per person and require prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Late check-outs (1-2 hours) are $100 and (2-3 hours) are $200, but are not guaranteed due to cleaning schedules. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable.
