This is a quiet, family and pet-friendly neighborhood. The house will be provided unfurnished. The renter is responsible for all utilities including adequate yard maintenance. Pest control (indoor and outdoor general insect control spray) will be provided for an additional $30/month. No smoking inside the house. For any issues, the house handyman visit will cost $85. Tenant-induced damages will not be covered. Minimum one-year lease required. Tenant is responsible to inform the landlord at least 60 days before the end of the lease. In case of early termination, a fees equivalent to two months rent will be charged. The lease is legally binding. No more than two cars are allowed to park. The tenant is responsible to notify the landlord about any additional extended guests. No more than 6 people are allowed. The tenant is expected to be courteous and respectful to the neighbors.
