Spacious one bedroom on the 2nd floor, in a great 10 unit building in Oak Lawn. Real hardwoods, in great shape, everywhere, except there is ceramic tile in the kitchen and the bath. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher/disposal, gas stove/oven and plenty of counter tops and cabinets, plus a kitchen window. There is a wall of windows in the living room and the bedroom, all with blinds on them. This apartment does not have w/d connections, however, we do have a nice laundry lounge on site, $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. This laundry lounge is cooled in the summer and heated in the winter. As the resident, you would be responsible for all the utilities, gas, water and electric.
