The Copper Cay features a thoughtfully designed interior with industrial farmhouse and spunky copper finishes. The living room boasts a comfortable Queen sleeper sectional and a 65" Smart TV with streaming service access. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors bring in abundant natural light, leading to a dining area with access to a small patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom offers a King bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress and a 50" Roku-enabled TV. For additional guests, two Twin fold-out memory foam mattresses are available. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with a lighted copper vanity and soft towels.
This condo welcomes up to two furry friends with a pet fee of $50 per pet. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community for cookouts. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in Destin, just minutes from dining, shopping, and local attractions. You'll be less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. The complex offers two entrances for convenient access to Destin's main highway or a side street to avoid traffic.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and luggage drop-offs are not permitted. While early check-in may occasionally be possible, it cannot be guaranteed in advance. The community buildings were constructed in the 1970s and have a dated exterior, which is managed by the HOA and beyond the control of the property. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. A $50 pet fee applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee. Guests are provided with a courtesy supply of light amenities, but guests should bring their own spices, oils, sunscreen, and food storage items. Checkout is 10 AM CST, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. Refunds are not issued for lack of amenities such as TV or Wi-Fi/Internet outages, as these are beyond the property's control.
The condo is equipped with a 65" Smart TV in the living room and a 50" Roku-enabled TV in the bedroom, allowing guests to log in to their own streaming services. A full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
