This second-floor unit offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. The Copper Cay features a living room with a queen sleeper sectional and a 65" Smart TV. The dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a small patio. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. The bedroom boasts a king-size cooling gel memory foam bed and a 50" Roku enabled TV. For extra guests, two twin fold-out memory foam mattresses are available. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo. The complex offers three community pools, with one located directly next to the building and another seasonally heated pool near the tennis courts. Freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines are available. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 applies for up to two house-trained dogs, and they must be crated when unattended. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in Destin, just minutes from dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You'll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna's Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. The complex offers two entrances for convenient access to Destin's main highway or a side street to avoid traffic. This is a second-floor unit accessed by stairs only, with no elevator. Noise from neighboring units or common areas may occasionally be heard. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out time is 10 AM CST. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for violations. A courtesy supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and dish and laundry detergent is provided; guests should bring additional supplies for longer stays or larger groups. Beach equipment and beach supplies are not provided. Pets are not allowed on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the fee. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. The condo offers a comfortable living area with a TV, and guests can log into their own streaming services. The bedroom also features a TV for relaxing.
