This condo features three newly remodeled community pools, with one being seasonally heated. Enjoy freshly resurfaced tennis courts with Pickleball lines. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware are available. The living room includes a smart TV above an electric fireplace and board games for entertainment.
Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available on-site near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Charcoal grills are available throughout the community for guest use.
Captain's Quarters is centrally located in Destin, just mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail. It's within walking distance to restaurants, parks, family activities, and shopping. Nearby attractions include Big Kahunas Water Park and The Track Family Fun Parks.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out is 10 AM CST. This community was constructed in the 1970s and has a dated exterior, which is managed by the HOA. Guests should be aware that this is a condo in a shared building with potential for noise from neighbors. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund.
A desk in the living area provides a convenient set-up for guests visiting for work trips.
