Lease terms

Monthly rent is $2,600. Utilities and internet are included with reasonable residential usage. The lease includes one designated parking space. A security deposit equal to one month's rent, $2,600, is required before move-in. Tenants must maintain active renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage before receiving keys. This is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted inside the unit or on the property. Additional fees may apply for excessive utility consumption, property damage, lost keys or access devices, parking violations, or other lease violations. Lease duration: 12 months First month's rent and the security deposit are due before move-in. All applicants are subject to income, credit, rental history, and background screening.
