The building is Verizon Fios ready. Background and credit check required; security deposit of $1,300.00 equal to 1 month's rent. Proof of renter's insurance required upon move-in. Not section 8 approved. Application fee of $50 due with application. 12-month initial lease term minimum. Qualification Standards: Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. - Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid SSN. - Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. - Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. - Applicant may absolutely not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. - Applicant must have absolutely no history of violent crimes. - Credit score must be a minimum of 650. - A background check will be conducted on all applicants age 18 or older. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of integrity. - Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
