UTILITIES & FEES: Owner pays for water, internet, landscaping and HOA fee. Tenant is responsible for renter's/tenant insurance for their own personal coverage. PARKING: Tenant vehicles must be parked inside the two-car garage only. Additional private guest parking available in front of the house. PETS: One (1) small pet is permitted. Pet owners must pick up dog waste immediately at all times. An exterior trash bin is available, and dog waste bags are provided on site. Proof of pet insurance coverage is required. A $500 cleaning fee will be imposed at move-out if excessive dog droppings are found on the premises. The HOA allows up to two pets per unit at any time.
