1. The rent amount does to include your horse boarding or utilities. Electricity and water is to be paid by tenant for the home. Utilities for the barn are paid for by the facility. 2. Dumpsters are provided onsite for trash disposal. There is no charge to tenant. 3. The grass will be mowed by the landlord. 4. The property has a security gate and the tenant is not to share the gate code with anyone. if you have a guest, you must go to the front gate and open gate for them to come in. Gate codes are changed periodically for the safety of your animals and personal property. 5. This house is reserved for a tenant who boards their horse(s) with Draggin' H Ranch. 6. Pet policies must be followed at all times. 7. Entrance to the property is located at 430 Dyer Road. We will provide a code for access at the time of your appointment.

CURRENT AVAIABILITY: A MINIMUM OF 4 HORSES AND MAXIMUM OF 10 HORSES. There is great security with a coded front gate and security cameras for the safety of your animals and equipment. Onsite owners ensures this is a well managed facility. Lease will outline terms for boarding their horses. Note: Property address is 400 Dyer Road but entry is located at 430 Dyer Road.
