I have one bedroom for rent in my home. I've listed this under market value because I'm looking for a renter that will be home to help take care of my dog while I'm at work (Mon-Fri, 9-5). He's a low maintenance dog but I figured if I want to have a renter/roommate in my house as well as bring him to doggy day care while I'm working, why not kill two birds with one stone? In the past, someone that works from home or maybe a college student would be a great fit. This is the most important factor when selecting a renter/roommate. You will have to be good with dogs and be an overall responsible person. I will not be charging for utilities, just a flat month-to-month $950 charge plus an upfront $950 (one month rent) security deposit that will be returned when you move out (assuming no damages). You will have your own bathroom (just outside your bedroom). Your bedroom and bathroom are pretty basic, nothing too special but certainly nothing wrong with them. The rest of the house and property are great. This is a shared space with me. I'm a very easy going and clean person. You have free parking in my driveway (no garage access), shared kitchen/cookware, living room w/ tv, washer/dryer, backyard etc. (looking for one individual renter) Move in date: June 1, 2026
