Very private, quiet location with views of forest and mountains, about a mile up behind the Grove Park Inn off Patton Mountain Road. This apartment was an AirBnB for 7 years, my wife and I just don't want to work the AirBnB and decided to rent it long term. The Rent is $1750 a month, with a move in of first , last and security deposit of $500. Utilities are $200 per month in addition to the rent, paid on the first of every month.
