This property offers a slower, more old fashioned way of life, where vegetables are organically grown and preserved, fresh eggs are gathered, hay is cut and baled, fruit trees bloom, and a few Nubian goats graze in the lower pasture, yet it's ONLY AN EASY 8 MINUTE DRIVE to the Square/Campus. There are various buildings and outbuildings on the place including a furniture design/build studio, chicken house, goat shed, and a large red roofed barn which was once used for a quaint little Bed and Breakfast. The house itself has a very nice flow, is very comfortable, did I mention LOTS of closet space, and a cute little shed out back (with air conditioning) that could serve as a "she or he shed", office, etc. Otherwise, I will let the photos speak for the house.
