Hike to Punkin Creek along the lower meadow and enjoy complimentary organically grown vegetables and fresh free range eggs. A good place to unwind, read and study. Hiking trail, nice trees, and very nice views. Very low traffic count street. Washer/Dryer, new central heat and air, LOTS of closet space! Safe, quiet, and very clean. You must be willing to maintain a quiet tenancy. This is a very well maintained home. This property offers a slower, more old fashioned way of life, where vegetables are organically grown and preserved, fresh eggs are gathered, hay is cut and baled, fruit trees bloom, and a few Nubian goats graze in the lower pasture, yet it's ONLY AN EASY 8 MINUTE DRIVE to the Square/Campus. There are various buildings and outbuildings on the place including a furniture design/build studio, chicken house, goat shed, and a large red roofed barn which was once used for a quaint little Bed and Breakfast. You might want to see willowdale farm oxford, ms. The house itself has a very nice flow, is very comfortable, did I mention LOTS of closet space, and a cute little shed out back that could serve as a "she or he shed", etc. I will let the photos speak for the house. In addition, I have included several photos of the farm, etc. to represent the general feel of the place and what happens here on a regular basis.
