You will enjoy fall walks on the beach as well which is connected to Rocky Neck Beach! There is a fireplace but not for use due to insurance regulations. New residents are responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance and snow removal. Excellent credit as well as income at or above 2 1/2 times rent required. $30 per adult application fee. This is a no pets and non smoking unit. Absolutely no subletting.
