This unique building has 7 individual condos on a beautiful manicured acre property.… There are two stunning 25 foot columns that flank the front of this building, which is just one example of the period character throughout the inside and outside of this one-of-a-kind property.
This is not your typical condo building. Each condo has an own signature flair. This unit has its own front door that is conveniently next to your assigned parking spots (2). It has a great look and feel to the condo being individual units, yet in a row house setup. A nice benefit is that no one lives above or below you.
The unit is two stories. The second floor has two bedrooms separated by a full bathroom. This is a nice layout for roommates looking for more privacy because there are no shared walls. Both rooms are about the same size and both come with above average size closets. The bathroom has recently been renovated with a new shower - glass shower door and ceramic tile walls and new vanity.
The first floor is an open layout with a brand-new galley kitchen that looks right into the combo living and dining area. There is a large pass-through opening in the kitchen that ties these spaces all together. The kitchen comes with all stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. The custom white shaker cabinets have just been installed and offer amble storage space for a galley kitchen. The black hardware combined with the white quartz counters really makes this an attractive and modern kitchen. As a bonus, there has been installed a "space saver" microwave above the new stove.
There are hardwood floors in the living room and enough space to make a cozy relaxing area and still have room for a dining table. There are large windows on all the floors that allow a lot of natural light in. The condo has both front and back windows and spans the entire width of the building which makes for a comfortable breeze through the unit. The multiple floors are a great setup to separate the common and entertaining spaces from the private bedrooms.
One of the biggest surprises is the full-size washer and dryer that is in the unit on the first floor. Both the washer and dryer are included in the rental.
The best part of this property is that its three minutes WALKING to the new Newington Junction Fastrak. It's convenient to never have to drive to work in Hartford or drive into downtown for an event. Save on gas and a lot on parking and most importantly save time. Enjoy reading or relaxing on your commute.
You are also about 5 minutes to the West Hartford line and everything West Hartford has to offer like West Farms Mall, Blue Back Square, WeHa center. There is Starr park with basketball and baseball field across the street, and even Dunkin Donuts next door. It's a very convenient location to get anywhere with I-84 and Rt. 9 close by. This is also a great area for runners and bikers along this newly developed and improved Fastrak area.
Please keep in mind that we have strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. A minimium 675 credit score is required. The condos are all very quiet with outstanding tenants and extended quiet hours.
There is also a background check, employment/income verification. 1 year minimum lease. 1-month security deposit with strong application. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the grounds. One parking spot assigned and multiple guests spots available. Tenant pays for electric and efficient natural gas heat. Owner pays for condo fees, water, snow and outside landscaping/maintenance. Sorry no pets.
