Lease terms

Accessibility: This apartment is on the 3rd floor. The rent is $1,950 per month, with water/sewer and trash removal included. The tenant is responsible for heat/hot water and electricity. An additional pet charge is $25/per month for each cat and $50/per month for each dog. We do have breed restrictions. Please make sure your dog qualifies before applying. To move in, we require the first month's rent (will be prorated based on day of move in) and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease. Renting this apartment is as easy as 1,2,3! A $50 non-refundable fee allows Windrift Management to do a credit and background check. 3) Your application is screened within 1-2 business days. If the owner approves, you may sign the lease, put down a security deposit, and schedule your move-in. Windrift Management has the following application requirements: - The gross monthly household income must equal at least 2.8-3x the monthly rent. - You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past three years. - At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
