New Sliding Glass doors have built in adjustable blinds and screens. All floors downstairs are heated floors with a separate thermostat.
Blinds open to get clear view of the Lake and Canada.

The Avner Room. 7 pieces of very funky custom made furniture by Avner Zabari.
Great place for meals in the Avner Room.
Just a fun room.
Personal family pictures such as my wife & me in the corner will be removed.
All Doors and Drawers are functional in the Avner furniture. You really need to see the expression and feel the quality that Avner Zabari puts into each piece.
Funky Funky Dining Room.
The fireplace always seems to fill these swivel chairs first.
As soon as you walk into the house you'll feel comfortable and probably gasp when you first see the view of the lake.
Push a button for instant fire for atmostphere and warmth. Swivel chair so you can talk to diners or look out at the lake.
It's just one cool house inside and out.
