* Utilities are billed at a flat rate of $160 per month, which includes water, sewer, garbage, natural gas, and electricity. Internet service is not included. * One small pet (cat or dog) is welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $50 per month pet fee. * This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home. Smoking outdoors must be done in a manner that does not create a nuisance or odors for other tenants. * To ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone, tenants are expected to be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of the lease may result in termination of the tenancy. * All applicants are subject to a standard background, credit, and rental history screening through Zillow or KSL Classifieds.
