This is a wonderful place to call home! Let me tell you about the options available since I currently have 3 options at this location to fit your space needs and budget. General Information: Two most important items: 1. We have a strict no smoking policy. 2. We also have a strict no pets policy. The house sits on a 1/4 acre lot with a fully fenced backyard. We take care of the yard as well as the garden in the backyard. I am a "nice lawn snob." Haha! I obsess over the lawn to try and make it look as good as possible. My wife, daughter and I live at the home in the mother-in-law apartment and occupy half of the garage, so it allows us to keep the house in tip top shape! Option #1: Main Floor and a Quarter of the Basement This option is 1,800 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, full laundry room with washer and dryer hookups, a huge storage room, and one side of the garage and driveway. It has been recently renovated. It has central heating and air conditioning. Rent for this option is $2,875.00 plus a current flat utility rate of $300 a month. The utilities include: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, and Gigabit Internet. (You just have to supply your own WiFi Router) If cable or satellite is desired in addition to the internet service, you will need to get that on your own. If you have an EV, a separate power meter on the outlet you charge from will be installed and we will bill you every month at the current monthly electricity rate for that additional power consumption. Option #2: The Entire Main House. This option is 3,300 square feet and combines both entire floors of the house. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, living room, family room, 2 laundry rooms with washer and dryer hookups, massive storage room, and one side of the garage and driveway. Central heating and air conditioning. Rent for this option is $4,395.00 plus a flat rate of $425 for utilities. The utilities include: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, and Gigabit Internet. (You just have to supply your own WiFi Router) If cable or satellite is desired in addition to the internet service, you will need to get that on your own. If you have an EV, a separate power meter on the outlet you charge from will be installed and we will bill you every month at the current monthly electricity rate for that additional power consumption. Option #3: Basement Unit - 3/4 of the Basement: This option is 1,500 square feet. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, full laundry room with washer and dryer hookups, walk-in closet for the master bedroom, huge storage closet, and street parking. (No EV charging capability due to the street parking) In addition to the storage closet, the basement tenants get approximately 9' of large storage shelf space in the back of the garage. The basement was completely remodeled just a few years ago. Custom Teerlink Cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, solid surface and stone countertops, and updated paint and carpet. Central heating and air conditioning. The rent for this option is $2,000.00 plus a current flat utility rate of $250 a month. The utilities include: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, and Gigabit Internet. (You just have to supply your own WiFi Router) If cable or satellite is desired in addition to the internet service, you will need to get that on your own.
