Beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need! A magical quiet location with peaceful surroundings and space to breath. Large open properties and the lake lagoon view give you tranquility, nature and a feeling of relaxation and peace. No illegal drugs, no smoking on property, no excessive noise as we respect nature and our neighbors. Owner pays for water. Gas and Electric are paid by tenant. Your house trained and well-behaved doggies and kitties are welcome! A pet fee of $200 will be added to the final end of lease cleaning fee as we all know those fur babies shed and we all want the place to be clean when we rent it... House-keeping is available at an extra charge. Washer and dryer on site for your use. This place is tranquil and we look forward to hearing from you!

Mallard Lagoon Cabin/Cottage is located steps from Big Bear lake on Mallard Lagoon.… The lagoon is peaceful and shields the property from the winds of the lake while being connected to it and leading out to it for easy access. Water foul love the inlet and it provides a tranquil setting for both wildlife and guests. The cabin borders on an easement and the properties surrounding the cabin are expansive giving open views across large properties to both lagoon and forested/treed properties. The large raised terrace/porch looks over the area and provides lots of space for sitting, eating outdoors, BBQs and even a nap or two. We are from San Pedro, California, about 3 hours from Big Bear, and love both the beach down here and the mountains up here. We love to hike, ski and wander through the woods and preserves to enjoy nature. We love sharing and hosting the place with people so they can enjoy all the amazing things mountain life and Big Bear has to offer. We welcome all and their well behaved fur babies and look forward to having you stay here soon! Come and relax and play! The cabin is in one of the best most quiet neighborhoods on the lake. You have direct access to the lake just steps away, the area has lots of open space when compared to other neighborhoods and the open views give you a sense of space and tranquility. Still the area is flat and near downtown for easy access in and out and to restaurants and shops. In addition, the bike path is right out front and if you ride to the right you can enjoy long rides in beautiful shoreline neighborhoods or turn left to right downtown. This area is quiet and protected from the winds with the lake lagoon, docks and shoreline steps away. New Concrete driveway, walkways and parking for three cars. A magical location with peaceful surroundings and space to breath. Large open properties and the lake lagoon view give you tranquility, nature and a feeling of relaxation and peace.
