Lease term preference is until late May or early June, 2026, but we may consider shorter stays of at least 3 months or very slightly longer ones. Condo comes fully furnished. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash. Tenant pays for gas and electric. Pets considered with modest fee.

Beautiful ocean view vacation rental being offered for the off-season, or some portion thereof.… One of our three sister condos is still available to be rented. This is one of 3 condos available. The each ordinarily sleep 4-6 vacationers during the Summer or 1-4 residents during the off-season. Pricing may vary based on occupancy. They each have a queen bed, a twin bed, and one or two queen sleeper sofas. The y all share a large ocean view deck and one (3990 Strandway) has its own smaller, private patio. Condos are about 40' from beach with amazing ocean views from multiple rooms. Best MB location enabling short walking distance to everything plus quickest access to freeways. It is for the one condo that is currently available: It is Fully Furnished and has: * Beautiful ocean views from inside * Hardwood floors * Renovated kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, new light wood cabinets * Renovated bathroom * Large, shared ocean view, patio BBQ courtyard (but plenty of room, and ideal for socializing) * Hot tub on shared ocean view patio deck * Great location -- walking distance to everything, and fastest access to freeways from Mission Beach * Far from Mission Blvd so you hear nothing but ocean and breathe only fresh air! * Fully furnished with beds + bedding, couches, chairs, dining room table & chairs,cookware, plates, silverware, etc. * Washer/dryer on site * Air conditioning - rare for the beach! * Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove/Oven, Coffee Maker, Toaster, etc. * Fully furnished - please note we need to rent it fully furnished. * Water, sewer & trash paid by landlord.
