The room is equipped with portable AC units and fans. Large front yard and back yard with BBQ for entertaining. Solo occupancy in the room please and the listing is for a shared bathroom. I have other rooms I also Airbnb and you might meet other guests. All common spaces are shared and any messes in the kitchen or other spaces please clean up after yourself. PETS: NO ANIMALS
